Angelie Soriano

Hello, I’m Angelie Soriano, a dedicated educator with a passion for Early Years education. Originally from the Philippines, I began my teaching career with a degree in Education from my homeland, followed by completing my PGCE at Liverpool John Moores University in the United Kingdom. Joining GEMS Founders School in 2016 as a founding member, I've witnessed and contributed to the school's growth over the past 8 years, initially as an FS lead practitioner and later as FS1 assistant head. With four years of experience in FS leadership, I'm now honoured to serve as the FS2 Head of Year. Outside the classroom, I cherish moments with my family, enjoying movie nights and adventurous water activities. My teaching philosophy revolves around creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive. I am so excited to be the FS2 Head of Year and continuing our successful journey here at GFS.  I remain committed to empowering young minds and shaping the future leaders of tomorrow with my passion for Early Years education and dedication to excellence.
