Rachael Wilding is an experienced international educator from Inverness, Scotland. For the past 25 years, Rachael has worked in international schools holding roles of Curriculum Lead, Head of Primary and School Principal.
Rachael is the founder and director of Edsidera, a global extra curricular awards company and is managing director for EIGHTClouds Education, an education vertical supporting educational resource companies.
A mum of two boys, who are now at university and a life long expatriate, Rachael has grown up in global communities. Passionate about inclusion, diversity and community, Rachael thrives on being involved in all aspects of education and school life and is delighted to be joining the GEMS Founders LAB.
